EM Design, LLC develops and fabricates RF and microwave components; primarily our patented distributed three-port circulators, isolators, waterloads and seals. These components are used in a variety of applications: in radiation therapy equipment, in cargo screening equipment, in radar systems, in medical and food sterilization and in research for universities and national laboratories.

Our present product line is mainly at S band. The designs illustrated can be replicated in L, C or X band.

We concentrate on developing functional, reliable components that contribute to the improved performance of our clients' high-powered systems. For 35 years, this philosophy has been the motivation behind our unique and highly efficient designs.

In addition to our primary product line, EM Design provides consulting services and works on special projects. At times, these projects have included the development of antennas, antenna polarizers, coaxial loads, four-port circulators, microwave pulse compressors, waveguide windows, waveguide shorts, waveguide couplers and microwave heating.
